Photographed earlier before the International Buddhist Pagoda in Buddhist Maha Vihara was repainted white. The International Buddhist Pagoda was declared open in August 28, 1977 by Tun Tan Siew Sin who was the first Finance Minister of Malaysia from 1959 to 1974.
