20. Seongsan Ilchulbang is famous for viewing the sun rise from the west side of its peak. Before that a very early morning climb of more than 90 metres is required. Due to the often cloudy climate in Jeju witnessing sunrise at Seongsan Ilchulbang means you need some luck on your side. The sunrise at the Seongsan Ilchulbang peak is said to be magnificent and spectacular.
